This Privacy Policy describes how Slipstreams ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with slipstreams.com (the "Site") and our business operations as a performance marketing company.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Site and to business information we process in the course of partner, vendor, and corporate relationships. Our consumer-facing brand properties operate on their own domains and publish their own privacy policies; information collected on those properties — including service requests and phone calls placed by consumers — is governed by the policy published on the property where it was collected.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us — by email, through the contact form on this Site, or otherwise — we receive the information you choose to share: name, business name, contact details, and the contents of your inquiry. Contact-form submissions are stored securely and used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs, including IP address, pages requested, referring URL, browser type, and access times, used for security and operations. The Site currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If we introduce cookies or analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notices and choices.

Business relationship information. For partners and vendors, we maintain records ordinary to a commercial relationship: agreements, contact information, correspondence, transaction and performance records, and billing details.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to operate and secure the Site; respond to inquiries; evaluate, establish, and manage partner and vendor relationships; perform and enforce agreements; meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and protect our rights, safety, and property and those of others.

4. How we share information

We do not sell the personal information described in this policy, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only: to service providers that support our operations (hosting, email, accounting, and similar), bound to use it solely to provide those services; to professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants; when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property; and in connection with a business transaction such as a financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case information may transfer subject to this policy.

5. Consumer properties and their data

Our consumer brands connect individuals with independent licensed service providers. When a consumer requests service on one of those properties, their information is collected, used, and shared as described in that property's own privacy policy — including any disclosures to network service providers, use of call recording, and state-law opt-out rights. Each property publishes its own contact for privacy requests, and requests concerning a property should be directed there; if you are unsure where to start, write to us at the address below and we will route your request.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise any of them, email privacy@slipstreams.com. We will verify your identity against the records we hold, respond within the time your state's law requires, explain the reason if we decline, and describe how to appeal. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for covered technologies.

7. Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described above, including the life of the relevant relationship, plus periods required for legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes — then delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

Traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit, and access to stored records is limited to those who need it to operate the business. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us immediately at the address below.

9. Children

The Site is a business-to-business resource and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Third-party sites

The Site may link to other websites, including our own consumer properties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to read them.

11. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will revise the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
